First, the exploited materials are delivered to the factory and on to primary part of line where the material get milled into tiny bits and transferred to preparing saloon, then in order to acclimate the materials, they go through circular kilns.
When baking in kilns in a certain temperature cachinnated materials in from of shamoot enters to shamoot storage basin . after they reach proper moisture they lead through the store pit after that materials lead to prissier division from store pit in this part materials run into press machines with different injection capacities between 400 to 1400 tones they become mounded and pressed after fully automatic press bricks are gathered by ropeway and trimming for their extra edge , put into proper order by robots in order to enter the kiln wagons .
After this level they enter the baking art and fit in their own places. The bricks start to lose their moisture and after becoming completely dry, the process of visual inspection begins for any imperfection.

The baking duration is between 72 to 170 hours and after turning off the kiln cooler fans start to work to cool the bricks, then brick wagons get off the kilns and enter the packing section and quality control division .
In this division after the quality test completion, the bricks depending on their types and colors packed and send on to production storage part .
