Firing Section :

 Ten fully automatic wagons shuttle kilns with the capacities of 50, 80,130 tones with PLC control system, thermo controllers with external fan and filters to protect the environment.

Packing and quality control unit .

Being highly mechanized for color sorting , convexity - concavity - dimension recognition , vacuum & packaging .

Laboratorial control over the quality of raw material & the final product, granulating , laboratorial press & firing , analysis
